About the Opportunity

As a Team Leader (End User Computing/Desktop), you will be overseeing a team of Desktop Technicians in one of our highest profile clients. Reporting to an Operational Manager you will provide guidance & assistance of technical escalations, fostering a culture which drives high performance of customer service and take part in mentorship & knowledge building amongst the team.
This role would be suitable for someone having worked successfully in a Senior Desktop and/or Technical support role and organically grown to be seen as a leader amongst your peers.

Keen to lead by example? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Demonstrated experience in an EUC service environment, effective troubleshooting & prioritisation of incident requests
- Understanding of ITIL framework and service delivery
- Exposure to leadership and mentoring of staff with a natural ability to lead
- Exceptional customer focus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- History of working with a managed service provider or outsourced solution is desirable
