ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an Incident Coordinator to join the Kinetic IT. In this role, you'll be in charge of the prioritisation, management and resolution of ICT Incidents ensuring swift restoration to ICT Capabilities.

Your attention to detail, critical thinking and the ability to prioritise tasks will allow you to succeed. You’ll poses strong stakeholder management abilities that will allow you to engage with and manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

This role is a gateway to your career progression due to its visibility and importance to senior stakeholders within the customer organisation.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY,HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:

  • Providing major incident coordination and leading the resolution of incidents.
  • Ensuring that processes are being followed to a high standard and adhere to the operational level agreements.
  • Proactively participate in Continual Service Improvement of the Major Incident Management process.
  • Developing and fostering successful stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Creation of high-level summaries and briefings for executive stakeholders.
  • Hold exposure OR certification in ITIL or SIAM service management methods.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU"LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Prior experience working in a Service Desk and Service Management environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a passion for process and continual improvement.
  • Desire to have complete end to end ownership of incidents.
  • High Level attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL & SIAM processes, certification preferred.
  • NV1 Clearance required.
  • Availability to be on call roster (1 week in approx 4-5 weeks) including allowances.
