Kinetic IT is on a track of growth and transformation! We're excited to share an awesome opportunity for Service Line Managers to lead and grow Intelligent Workplace Services capability!

As a Service Line Manager, you'll be at the heart of our evolution, shaping our future by understanding market trends and customer needs to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your service line. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to make sure we're meeting both business goals and customer expectations.

With a key focus on Intelligent Workplace Services, this role will focus developing and evolving services which supports end users of IT and delivers a modern, digital workplace experience to all users.

  • Service line strategy: Craft meticulous roadmaps that delineate our innovative service offerings, tailored to meet customer needs and establish Kinetic IT as a leader in the market.
  • Commercial leadership: Develop pricing and SLA models that are not only attractive to our existing customers and the market but also meet or exceed our target margins, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Service line leadership: Lead a dynamic virtual community of practice responsible for owning and delivering services aligned with our service portfolio, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.
  • Service line content & collateral:  establish and maintain service artefacts that best represent our market offerings and support the sales and bid process.
  • Service Line Growth: Serve as the design authority for services and solutions developed during Opportunity and Bid management activities, driving growth and expansion within the service line.
  • Innovation: identify, evaluate, and advocate for the integration of new and improved services that differentiate us in the market.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by producing whitepapers, articles, and blogs that showcase our expertise and vision in service offerings, while actively participating in industry partner events to enhance our visibility and influence.

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

  • Extensive leadership experience in Intelligent Workplace Services, adept at developing roadmaps that drive digital workplace evolution, encompassing EUC services, IoT technologies, unified communications, and supporting software.
  • Strong business acumen with a proven track record in devising pricing strategies and SLA models to foster business growth.
  • Proficiency in creating impactful content and collateral for tender processes and bids.
  • Recognised industry leader known for driving successful transformations, contributing to whitepapers, and fostering communities of practice.
