ABOUT THE ROLE

Kinetic IT have recently partnered with a major Federal Government department to provide Enterprise Service Management and provide a comprehensive range of IT Service Management and SIAM practices across the organisation!

We are now on the lookout for a Process Coordinator to join our team to further enhance our service integration and management capabilities.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERSDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:

  • Collaboration with the Practice Lead and Process Manager to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing and executing the ITSM process, defining objectives, key activities, and timelines.
  • Working closely with the customer, other IT providers, and Process Managers to design and document the process workflow, activities, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring that process documentation is up-to-date, comprehensive, and easily accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Execute the ITSM process on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with process owners, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and address any challenges that arise.
  • Identification of areas for process improvement and work with Process Managers and stakeholders to implement changes, including analysing feedback and conducting proactive reviews.
  • Assisting in measuring process performance through verification, analysis, and traceability reporting.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING: 

  • Proven experience in coordinating process execution in an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management environment, with specific experience in the relevant practice aligned to your role.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong technical writing, reporting, and documentation abilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to consider the end-to-end business value of process activities.
  • Hold active status & maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance
