About The Role

Want to work for an industry leader in the IT infrastructure solutions space. Kinetic IT are supporting an exciting new customer based in East Perth. We are looking for 2 x Associate Systems Engineers to join the team and support business as usual capability. 

Part-time or Full-Time positions available.

If you were here yesterday, these are some of the things you would be involved in 

• Gain experience in a wide range of technologies and play a critical role supporting the systems and services that support the account's environment.
• Monitoring and triage
• Responding to end-user logged, as well as automated incidents and requests
• Supporting the key infrastructure that underpins the services supporting the client
• Interacting with other teams/business to enhance support level, through knowledge and experience sharing
• Documenting and updating working practices as and when needed

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

• Exposure to Microsoft server technologies supporting and fixing
• Experience with Cisco networking technologies
• Ability to problem solve and interface with customer and staff
• Confident working as part of a team but also manage your own tickets when needed
• Be open to learning and growing 

These positions will involve utilising your knowledge and experience in the operational infrastructure (Server, Network, Security) support space.
