About The Opportunity
Kinetic IT are looking for a dedicated switchboard Operator to join our team based in our Darwin office.
This role will be the first point of contact for calls incoming to our client. Full training and ongoing support from the team provided.

Responsibilities will include:

• Answering phone calls coming via the switchboard and directing them accordingly.
• Ensuring all enquiries are handled in a timely manner.
• Quality assurance, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Administrative tasks - Responding to emails and completing service requests.

 What you’ll bring to the table:

• Excellent communication skills.
• High quality delivery of customer service.
• Be punctual and dedicated.
• Attention to detail & data accuracy.
• Prior switchboard and customer service experience highly desirable.
