About The Role
A typical day on the Service Desk involves providing exceptional communication while remotely managing incidents and requests for a large environment consisting of state-of-the-art technology. What you’ll bring to the table:
You're energetic, compassionate and enjoy solving problems. Your curiosity and willingness to learn is complimented by your recent experience within customer service or a similar help desk type role.
