Join our national team as a Practice Lead (SIAM) overseeing Incident Management within a federal government customer site based in Spring Hill (Brisbane), QLD you will be able to work flexibly between the home and office.
Directing practice operations, you will oversee and manage the operational activities of the Incident Management team, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues to ensure swift resolution and minimal service disruption and ensuring seamless strategic cohesion across multiple providers.
In this pivotal and dynamic role, you will also hold responsibility of;
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and align operational activities with strategic goals. Build strong relationships to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
- Operational and Resource Management: Manage operational activities, including resource allocation and utilization, to optimize team performance and efficiency. Drive initiatives that enhance service integration and governance across the SIAM ecosystem.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks within a multi-supplier environment. Implement and maintain Incident Management processes that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Team Leadership and Development: Take on people management responsibilities by mentoring and coaching team members. Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Incident Management function. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies to deliver superior service outcomes.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following;
- Hold OR ability to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance
- Proven leadership in end-to-end Incident practice governance
- Experienced in leading and ability to coach process management teams
- Exceptional communication skills building relationships and working partnerships
- Knowledge of compliance and contractual obligations in multi-supplier environments
- Certification in ITIL and/or SIAM is advantageous
