Kinetic IT are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer on one of our high profile customer accounts supporting community critical services.
This role sits within the Infrastructure team delivering pivotal support within an environment supporting around 200 servers.
Working within a team of engineers, this is an excellent opportunity to utilise your Wintel skills within a technically savvy infrastructure team delivering operational services supporting WA.
This role includes participation in an on-call rotation—one week out of every three—to support after-hours critical issues. We keep it fair and shared across the team.
This current environment the account supports includes:
- Azure, Backup Storage Veaam
- vSphere
- logic Monitor, dell hardware
- Active Directory
This role will cover a mix of projects and BAU support for the customer.
Previous background to include:
- Solving problems for a variety of stakeholders
- Previous experience within an infrastructure/Wintel engineering role supporting servers
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative technical team
- Supporting windows technologies virtual and on premise
