About The Role
Kinetic IT is on the lookout for a Manager, HR Advisory to lead the Shared Services HR Advisory team. You will ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR case management and support across Kinetic IT. As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on complex cases, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with legislation and internal policies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading, developing and coaching a team of HR Advisors and HR Coordinators to ensure effective case management and service delivery.
- Oversee case management processes, providing consistent, compliant, and timely resolution, and act as escalation point.
- HR reporting, including compliance reports, to support data driven decision making.
- Sound understanding of current Australian industrial legislation including Awards interpretation.
- Creating and updating knowledge base content, templates, and process guides.
- Working collaboratively with the wider teams for effective solutions into the business, ensuring a consistent and value adding people experience.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in HR Advisory or HR Management, including case management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian legislation and HR compliance.
- Effective communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient with HR systems and case management tools.
- Ability to support the implementation of change initiatives.
- Experience in the IT industry (Desirable).
