This is the ideal opportunity for people who come from non-technical backgrounds. The Kinetic IT’s traineeship will see you learn the basics fundamentals of IT through completing a Certificate III in Information Technology, complemented with on-the-job work experience with our amazing teams!

About the Opportunity

• Get paid to study and learn on the job!
• Certificate III in IT
• Work location: Darwin CBD
• Study options: In-house learning via Integrated Business College

You will be guided in providing customer service and support via phone and internal tickets for troubleshooting IT related issues, playing part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service.

• Conduct yourself confidently, manage your time
• Obtain a good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Communicate within the wider team for assistance and sharing of knowledge
