ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a special kind of tech whiz: someone who can not only solve a VIP’s technical issues but also ensure they receive a premium experience. You’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes, the IT hero who can conquer printer jams, banish Wi-Fi woes, and ensure our Executives always remain connected and productive.

While your technical skills are important, this role also emphasises your people skills. We’re looking for a natural problem-solver who can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely, and who can navigate tense situations with a calm and collected demeanour.

Sounds like your perfect gig? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Providing exceptional technical support to the Executives and their teams
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Maintaining and configuring desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other equipment
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential IT problems
  • Building positive relationships with the Executives and their teams, and becoming their trusted IT advisor

You will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not afraid to engage in conversation.
  • Professional presentation skills - bonus points if you take pride in dressing well!
  • Windows 10 experience (essential), Windows 11 (desirable)
  • Experience in Office 365 (essential), Exchange Admin, Active Directory, and SCCM
  • Previous experience providing IT support to VIP users (preferred)

Please note: This role is primarily a Monday to Friday role, with an on-call component on rotation. This is an office-based role and may include travel a few times a year to support board meetings.
