ABOUT THE ROLE

A position for Practice Manager is available to continue supporting growth within one of our Federal Government customer accounts. This permanent, full-time leadership role focuses on overseeing the Technical Enablement and Reporting team, ensuring successful operations and strategic alignment.

The Practice Manager will be responsible for prioritising ongoing work, allocating resources appropriately and overseeing the team’s activities within the customer’s tooling environment, including ServiceNow.

Managing configuration of the customer’s IT Service Management (ITSM) ServiceNow environment, along with the maintenance of performance reporting and measurement capabilities within the platform.  Your duties will ensure effective visibility of the team's performance outputs, accomplishments, and value proposition in supporting ServiceNow and reporting activities to our customer and stakeholders.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED?

You will have experience in process improvement methodologies such as ITIL and Agile, with the ability to enhance workflows and operations, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow products and modules relevant to the outcomes needed within our IT Service Management (ITSM) actions.

We will require a candidate to have;

  • Experience in managing operational activities, to lead and inspire a technical team.
  • Capability to optimise resource utilisation and the allocation of measurement tooling & systems, to match service objective requirements and needs.
  • Ability to cultivate strong customer engagement and stakeholder relationships.
  • Able to foster an environment of collaboration and sharing of knowledge, driving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Awareness of the ServiceNow ecosystem, the product suites, and the value they provide.
  • Current Australian Citizenship to gain or currently hold a minimum Government Security Clearances
