We're seeking a versatile technical professional to join our team and support a range of impactful initiatives for a Federal Government customer.

This role will be part of our managed services delivery team based onsite in Canberra Civic and will be a highly varied role. Whether your expertise is in cloud, networking, SoE or Storage services, we encourage you to apply and join us in delivering meaningful solutions.

Keen to get involved? You will need some of the following:

• Strong technical expertise in one or more areas, including cloud services, networking, SoE or desktop support.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and deliver high-quality solutions across various IT environments.
• Experience with system administration, network management, and security protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualisation technologies, and modern IT infrastructures.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT support best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Current active Government Security clearance
