ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Process Coordinator, you’ll be able to demonstrate a consistent, collaborative and logical approach towards coordinating and improving processes. Your strong background in SIAM means that you’re an expert in ensuring services align with business goals and deliver genuine success. This role stresses the point of being process-driven, whilst still being able to think outside the box.

Your duties may include:

• Coordinating end-to-end processes
• Business process improvement and practical application
• Applying SIAM knowledge and expertise where relevant
• Understanding, using, and interpreting best practice policies and procedures to ensure adherence
• Facilitating ongoing performance measurement through audits, analysis, and reporting
• Technical writing, reporting, and documentation skills
• High-level interpersonal and relationship management skills

Keen to get involved? You’ll need:

• Required: A minimum government security clearance or higher
• Good understanding of how to manage processes, including the ability to juggle many tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Experience working in an ITSM environment, understanding ITIL frameworks and processes (desirable).
