ABOUT THE ROLE
The Process Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Process Managers by understanding business requirements and helping to create effective workflows and process documentation. You will take ownership of tasks related to IT Service Management processes, coordinate innovation initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. By ensuring processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with guidelines, you will help us maintain high standards and meet our service level commitments.
Your Duties May Include
- Executing functions that relate to IT Service Management Processes within the team.
- Proactively seeking, being assigned, coordinating, and completing innovation tasks.
- Delivering tasks within agreed timeframes and providing clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Building an understanding of relevant business processes and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of process documents and work instructions.

- Essential: Hold an active Government Security Clearance
