ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract. This is a diverse operational HR role where you will leverage your generalist experience to collaborate with people leaders and employees, driving positive change and supporting growth and development.
Day to day, you will engage across the entire HR lifecycle, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to people leaders and employees. You will support managers and staff through key HR processes including probation, employee development, employee relations (including case management), remuneration, engagement, and separation. Additionally, you will be part of a nationally distributed HR team, participating in professional development, planning, and ongoing service improvement activities with your peers.

Day to day your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with people managers to advise and coach on HR related matters to develop a solution based and proactive culture.
- Collaboration with our leaders to optimise efficiency and consistency across accounts.
- Case management of employee relations and fitness for work cases.
- HR reporting, including compliance reports, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate remuneration reviews, ensuring compliance with company processes and frameworks.
- Sound understanding of current Australian industrial legislation including Awards interpretation.
- Ensure people strategies support business objectives and drive the people agenda.
- Partner with the people and community teams for effective solutions into the business, ensuring a consistent and value adding people experience.
