ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an Organisational Development (OD) Advisor to join our Kinetic IT team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and delivering programs that align with our business strategies and priorities, focusing on talent, culture, and performance.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to implement processes, frameworks, and change initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and support our workforce to thrive. This is your chance to make a real impact by enabling organisational success through practical and meaningful solutions. 

We're open to this position being based at one of our offices in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:

• Supported the execution of Talent Review, Talent Management, Performance, and Succession Planning activities by providing specialist advice and guidance.
• Contributed to OD projects by drafting proposals, coordinating plans, tracking milestones, gathering insights, and supporting change initiatives.
• Analysed data, prepared reports, and provided recommendations on trends in skills, capability, performance, and talent initiatives.
• Answered queries from stakeholders, end users, team members, and suppliers, offering advice on practices, processes, frameworks, and policies.
• Managed system-related tasks (primarily within Performance platform), provided reporting support, and guided colleagues on processes where needed.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

• A proven track record in support of managing projects, with experience in Organisational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and/or HR systems such as PageUp, Culture Amp, Percipio, or Workday (or similar tools).
• A motivated, resourceful mindset, with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
• A collaborative approach to work, thriving both independently and as part of a team, while fostering strong relationships.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills, balancing structure and creativity to solve problems effectively.
• A commitment to learning and growth, aligning your work with team and organisational goals.
