We are currently seeking a Process Manager to join one of our IT Service Management teams on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role you will be collaborating and providing governance alongside the Kinetic IT crew, internal stakeholders and other service delivery areas on site in East Perth.
You will establish and lead the day-to-day approach for designing, improving, and integrating specific process practices. With a background in Incident, Request, Problem, or Service Level Management, you’ll collaborate with customer and service provider stakeholders to build strong relationships, oversee resource allocation, and monitor and report on process performance and trends. You’ll also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing change and risk associated with process execution across the environment.

• Experience managing ITIL processes and implementing changes to process
• Confident approach to lead Forums and chair meetings
• High level interpersonal and relationship management skills
• View to share and mentor to others, of lessons learned and skills within service management practises
• Strong documentation and clear writing skills for processes & work instructions
• Hold certification or understanding in ITIL or ITSM service management methods
• Previous use of ServiceNow highly preferred
