About the Role

Be part of Kinetic IT’s team dedicated to transforming service integration and management. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional services to our customer organisation.

This full-time role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing you to split your time between the office and home. Working with a Federal Government Department, you will collaborate with specialists in Service Management delivery practices and technical teams, leading complex technical engagements and providing guidance to ServiceNow developers!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards and reports.
• Utilise ServiceNow JavaScript for customization and automation.
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement process flows, data flows, and work instructions.
• Create and manage data standards and foundational architecture.
• Develop report templates in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ServiceNow Report Builder.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand and address business needs.

About You

As a passionate ServiceNow Developer, you bring a strong technical background and a collaborative spirit, with understanding in SLA creation, service mapping and data models. Your expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and advanced JavaScript equips you to tackle complex challenges effectively.

Committed to mentoring others, you thrive in a team environment and share your knowledge in report and dashboard development, as well as collaboration amongst Change, Problem, and Incident processes, ensuring best practices throughout the toolset development lifecycle.

We will require a candidate to have:

• Current minimum Government Security Clearance
• The ideal candidate should possess relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CSI-ITSM) and experience in Performance Analytics, Report Builders, and Scripting.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and workflow design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative efforts.
