ABOUT THE ROLE

Kinetic IT is responsible for designing, managing and supporting IT services in some of the largest and most complex ICT environments in Australia.

We’re looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team on-site with one of our largest enterprise customers. As part of a highly experienced team, you be consulting heavily with the customer to understand their environment and business challenges and then translate these to technical requirements. You will utilise your exceptional background in solution design and architecture in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

You will have ownership of the overall technical design process, from conceptualisation and requirements gathering, through to proposal presentation, effort estimation and alignment with business processes. You will draw upon your strong technical skills and experience to successful design solutions that are integrated into various environments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE

In this role, you will contribute to the technical design and development of solutions to enable successful Microsoft workplace deployment. Integral to your success will be the ability to apply recognised methodologies and techniques when designing, developing and implementing technical enterprise class solutions.

You will bring experience in deployment of Modern Workplace, Windows 11 migration, with expertise in working with stakeholders/customers on best practice.

We will require a candidate to have:

• Current minimum Government Security Clearance
• Experience in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, with expertise in working with stakeholders/customers on best practice
• Experience and understanding of end user technology architectures, including infrastructure, security, data, network, security, devices and collaboration
• Experience is solution development, effort estimation and project experience enabling successful deployment of Modern Workplace - Windows 10 and 11, MECM Design, Intune, application readiness, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtual Desktop and End User Computing technologies
• Strong strategic insights and market awareness (technology and industry) with understanding of emerging disruptive trends 
• The ability to determine business strategies, principles and requirements, scope, design and implement Desktop, Office 365 and Azure projects
• Experience engaging with customers, understand their business and translating these into technical requirements
