About the Role

As a Security and Risk Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining security policies, risk management frameworks, and compliance documentation in line with customer and regulatory standards. You will conduct security audits, manage IT risk processes, and drive continuous improvements in security, risk, and compliance practices.

This permanent ongoing role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing you to split your time between the office and home. We’re looking for someone eager to grow and develop their skills in this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative reporting solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain risk and compliance documentation aligned to customer and regulatory frameworks and standards by providing reporting, analysis and insights.
  • Develop and manage IT risk management processes, frameworks and assessment to meet regulatory and compliance obligations.
  • Evaluate compliance and ensure adequate software/tools are in place to mitigate any risk.
  • Maintain, review and update the Security Risk Management Plan as required.
  • Continuous improvement of security, risk and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines

About You

As a passionate Risk & Compliance Manager, you bring a strong background and experience in Risk assessments.

We will require a candidate to have:

  • Current minimum Government Clearance and PEIC
  • Experience with Risk assessments, auditing and data management.
  • Experience working with key legislative, regulatory and industry-based obligations
  • IT Security experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at the senior stakeholder level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative efforts.
