ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Service Line Manager, Intelligent Workspace to join the team at Kinetic IT. You will support the organisations growth and the development of service strategies by collaborating with stakeholders, sales and business development teams. You will lead the business to evangelise the vision, strategy and roadmap for the intelligent workspace services capability.
ABOUT YOU
As a Service Line Manager, you will be at the heart of our evolution, shaping our future by understanding market trends and customer needs to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your service line. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to make sure we're meeting both business goals and customer expectations. With a key focus on Intelligent Workplace Services, this role will focus developing and evolving services which supports end users of IT and delivers a modern, digital workplace experience to all users.
The role will entail:
- Collaborating with Business Development Managers to design and propose solutions that align with customer demand
- Shaping service line strategy by creating and delivering innovative offerings that meet client needs and differentiate Kinetic IT in the marketplace.
- Extensive leadership across End User Computing, Service Desk, SOE, Microsoft and NexThink services.
- Leading the Intelligent Workspace service line by guiding a virtual community of practice to ensure consistent and aligned service delivery
- Developing and maintaining collateral that effectively represents Intelligent Workspace offerings and supports sales and bid activities
- Driving the growth of the Intelligent Workspace service line, being part of the design authority for services and solutions developed as part of opportunity and bid management
- Engaging with stakeholders—including team members, end users, clients, and suppliers—to foster collaboration and continuously enhance our service offerings
