ABOUT THE ROLE

Exciting opportunity for a Permanent Full-Time Project Manager OR Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Project Services team, working on a high-profile project within our new state government customer account based in East Perth.  

You'll be at the forefront of driving the successful delivery of large-scale initiatives, managing the full project lifecycle; from planning and execution to delegation - ensuring seamless adoption and implementation across multiple high-impact, concurrent projects. If you're ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead projects end-to-end, guiding teams, managing planning sessions, and building strong client relationships.
• Work with SMEs to define deliverables, manage project plans, risks, and share best practices.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and manage scope changes while identifying cost savings and benefit realization opportunities.
• Oversee project progress, report issues to stakeholders, and conduct reviews with detailed reports and insights.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams through the project lifecycle.
• Expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to provide clear insights to senior stakeholders.
