ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Kinetic IT is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Manager, Safety, Wellbeing & Environment (SWE), to lead and manage the strategic direction of the SWE function across Kinetic IT.

You will ensure compliance with regulations, promote a strong safety culture, drive wellbeing initiatives, and oversees environmental sustainability programs. Additionally, you will be leading a nationally distributed team, providing guidance, expert advice, to support business goals and operational excellence.

ABOUT YOU

At Kinetic IT, our people are key to our success, which is why we are looking for a Senior Manager, Safety, Wellbeing & Environment (SWE) who is genuinely committed to the safety, wellbeing and environment of our crew. You will have the ability to ensure organisational adherence to SWE compliance and obligations along with achieving employee engagement and participation across programs.

Day to day your duties will include:

  • Leading the development and delivery of the Safety, Wellbeing & Environment (SWE) program at Kinetic IT.
  • Guide, mentor, and support the team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Establishment of policies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advise executive leaders and teams on SWE matters.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies, along with overseeing incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Track and report on key SWE metrics and trends.
  • Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility.
  • Support return-to-work and employee assistance programs.
  • Deliver initiatives that support employee health and wellbeing while leading environmental programs to reduce Kinetic IT’s environmental impact.
