About The Role
Be part of our growing team! We’re looking for Senior Service Desk Technicians (Desktop and Field Support )playing part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our users seeking assistance over the phone or via email.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of a high-level of customer service and level 2 troubleshooting across face-to-face and remote support
- Ability to prioritise requests, with strong documentation skills into ticket resolution
- Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national team
- Conducting yourself confidently under pressure, escalating to cross functional teams as required
- Configuration and deployment of end user devices and management of asset configuration items
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience in a desktop support, field services, or senior service desk role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 issues across a range of hardware and software environments
- A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) and remote support tools
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong time management skills with a knack for prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment
- A willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
