Kinetic IT has an exciting 6-month fixed term opportunity, up to end of January 2026, for an experienced and motivated Process Manager to support a large-scale Federal Government customer in the CBD. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from both the customer site and home. As part of our national team, you’ll contribute to our enterprise Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework, helping coordinate a complex, multi-vendor IT environment.
About the Role
As a Process Manager, you will oversee and guide knowledge practices across the customer’s environment. You'll play a key role in creating, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of content is accurate, relevant and accessible – accountable for the definition, management, governance, and improvements, while also promoting shared understanding, governance, and consistent service delivery.
You’ll also can engage more broadly across ITSM or SIAM process areas, helping to shape integrated workflows, drive collaboration, ensure Knowledge processes are effective and efficient, and bring clarity to service documentation and governance.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Australian Government Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Proven experience working in ITSM environments, ideally within SIAM or multi-supplier models
- Demonstrated focus on Knowledge Management – content creation, maintenance, lifecycle, and publishing
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms to manage knowledge bases and document workflows
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write clearly and structure information effectively
- Confident communicator with experience leading meetings and stakeholder engagement
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL and/or SIAM Foundation, or willingness to obtain
