About The Role
Want to make a difference to Kinetic ITs rewards and remuneration? Then this is the role for you. Kinetic IT are looking for a specialist Remuneration and Reward Manager to join part of a newly created restructured business unit. This role is full time but will consider people who require part time only.

This role is responsible for the design, implementation and management of our remuneration and benefits program, ensuring the compensation structures and employee benefits are competitive, equitable and compliant with legislation.

Responsibilities will include:
• Work with teams including HR and finance to support job evaluations and determine remuneration bandings across the business
• Ensure compliance and equity in remuneration policies, supporting DEI and legal standards- Ensure compliance with Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, and other relevant legislation
• Review the existing Remuneration structure and make recommendations based on your expertise within this field
• Use your knowledge of the market as well as information from platforms like AON and Korn Ferry to assist market benchmarking
• Understand how rates interact with awards
• Assist with the broader rewards area at Kinetic IT including incentive plans etc
• Work closely with other stakeholders in the business to support initiatives including Gender pay gaps etc
• Provide analysis and reporting on findings within the rem and rewards space to assist and influence decisions including leading annual remuneration review processes including budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and deliver training and communication materials to support employee understanding of benefits.
• Monitor and report on remuneration trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support enterprise bargaining and industrial relations processes where applicable.

What you’ll bring to the table:
• Previous track record in remuneration, rewards, benefits or compensation
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards.
• Experience with remuneration benchmarking tools and methodologies (e.g. Korn Ferry, AON)
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in a technology or professional services environment preferred.
