About The Role
Kinetic IT is looking for a Safety, Wellbeing and Environment (SWE) Business Partner, in this role you will provide best practice and customer focused SME support throughout our national operation. You will consult with senior leaders on SWE matters and build partnerships to deliver value added services aligned with Kinetic IT's business objectives.

- SME’s that genuinely understand the role of coaching and mentoring to achieve meaningful change and put that knowledge into practice every day.
- Team members who understand emotional intelligence is just as valuable as technical intelligence when it comes to guiding people on safety outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience as a Safety and Health professional.
- Broad background across multiple industries or disciplines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of a workforce, including external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to research and obtain information related to Safety, Wellbeing and Environment topics.
- Relevant certifications including a H&S Diploma – or Degree qualifications (desirable).
- Australian Citizenship with an Australian Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain (mandatory).
