About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions Architect to join one of our key strategic accounts. In this role, you will drive innovation, shape technology architecture, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business outcomes. Working under a Microsoft-aligned Managed Services contract, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our strategic goals while serving as a trusted advisor to the customer. Key focus areas include Identity, Azure, Collaboration, Hybrid Cloud, and Device Management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Solution Architecture – Design and implement solutions aligned with Microsoft services and platforms.
- Provide strategic leadership by building strong partnerships across the organisation.
- Identify business challenges, develop innovative solutions, and design scalable, solutions architecture that enables transformation.
- Optimise the technology landscape by aligning IT strategy with business goals to deliver measurable, impactful results.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in solution architecture within large enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft services and platforms, including Azure, Hybrid Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, and Identity.
- Strong ability to collaborate with customers to develop transformation roadmaps across key projects, programs, and account initiatives. Including responding to pentest findings, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation.
- Work collaboratively with Kinetic IT leadership and technical specialists to define clear priorities and roadmaps that enhance service delivery.
- Partner effectively with customer architects to design solutions, lead strategic conversations, and drive initiatives.
- Skilled in leading Azure governance strategies to ensure secure, compliant, and optimised cloud environments.
