About The Role
Are you a curious and pragmatic thinker who thrives on helping people navigate change?
We’re looking for someone to support the successful adoption of organisational change initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering effective change management plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and readiness actions. In this role, you’ll partner with leaders and project teams to ensure employees are informed, equipped, and supported through change applying best fit change models and Kinetic IT’s values every step of the way.
This is a unique role where no one day will look the same.
Responsibilities will include:
• Change management – Develop and implement structured change management plans aligned with project and organisational objectives, ensuring smooth adoption across programs.
• Driving enterprise change – Drive change activities for programs such as Transformation, OD, HR, and Project, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, change plans, communications, readiness planning, and execution.
• Change impact and readiness – Conduct impact and readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable plans that prepare teams for upcoming changes.
• Cultural and values-based change – Support initiatives that embed organisational values and culture, collaborating with People & Community teams and business leaders.
• Coaching and capability building – Coach and support leaders, sponsors, and SMEs to enhance their change leadership skills and responsibilities.
• Change reporting and insights – Track and report on change adoption, health metrics, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
• Continuous improvement – Contribute to the ongoing refinement of Kinetic IT’s enterprise change model and frameworks.
What you’ll bring to the table:
• 3 - 5+ years in organisational change management across enterprise or complex transformation programs.
• Experience in change, learning and adoption programs, technology implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS etc) would be rated highly
• PROSCI certification or previous utilisation of the framework
• Someone who will not just communicate change but be part of the journey
• Any digital transformation experience would be a plus
• Any related degree or certifications would be highly desirable
