ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re on the lookout for Service Desk Technicians to join the Kinetic IT team. You will provide first-level support and be the first point of contact for our users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Your duties include:
- Providing exceptional customer service remotely
- Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams
- Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
- Publishing and reviewing knowledge-based articles.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Experience in a customer-centric role
- Top-notch communication skills - both verbal and written
- Passion for working in a team
- Ability to stay cool, even when under pressure
- Ability to work a 24/7 roster – you will receive loading on top of your salary.
- Experience working in a service desk environment (desirable but not essential)
