Kinetic IT is seeking a high-calibre Human Resources Business Partner to join our Perth team on a Fixed-Term basis (through to May 2027). In this role, you will be a key strategic partner, collaborating directly with Executives and Senior leaders of our business to enable and champion a people strategy that fuels our wider success.
Joining the national People & Culture team, you’ll be part of a vibrant, cross-country network with dedicated support from our Advisors and Coordinators, with expert mentorship from our Senior HRBP’s. This collaborative environment ensures you can deliver successfully, while making a tangible mark on the evolution of our Crew. We thrive in a flexible, hybrid working with our team typically spending three days in office and two days working from home.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include to:
- Act as a trusted partner to department leaders, providing expert consulting to build a high-performance culture and deliver on the focused people agenda.
- Partner with Senior HRBPs on organisational design, restructures, and efficiency, while supporting the people side of new business areas and growth.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify future talent needs and structures, drive succession planning, and facilitate annual remuneration reviews.
- Lead impactful initiatives and provide crew development advice to drive engagement and help our people flourish.
- Serve as the conduit to P&C Centres of Excellence, acting as an escalation point for complex employee matters while driving continuous policy and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
We are looking for a team member who brings genuine confidence and energy to match our current team. You are a natural influencer and a clear communicator and hold ability to navigate complex business challenges.
We would also be looking for you to hold:
- Bold and credible, professional maturity to engage and advise Executives and Senior leaders with ease.
- Experience across generalist HR Advisory or Business Partnering (preference if you’ve worked in the IT or tech industry!).
- A sharp understanding of how business strategy and people strategy go hand-in-hand to drive commercial success.
- The ability to turn people data and external trends into actionable insights that win stakeholder buy-in.
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field or equivalent human resources experience.
