About The Role

Responsibilities will include:
- Answer phone calls coming in via the switchboard.
- Utilise software to redirect calls to the appropriate destination.
- Be involved with other administrative tasks as directed.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Required: A minimum government security clearance or higher.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check
- Clear communication and good customer service skills
- Computer skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness to work the following hours:
- Wednesday: 8 -4pm
- Thursday: 8-4pm
- Friday: 8-4pm
- Saturday: 4pm-midnight
