We're seeking a proactive Process Manager to join one of our growing State Government customer accounts in Perth - This is a Fixed Term Contract (3-6 months), in a business hours role working onsite, looking to start as soon as possible.
This Process champion will take ownership of embedding process rigour, bridging the gap between technical delivery and stakeholder requirements to foster a culture of continuous service improvement across areas of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release and Configuration.
To have confidence to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills to navigate the initial discovery and integration of core ITSM processes.
Keen to get involved? You'll just need the following:
- Proven experience in managing and governing key ITIL processes, with expertise in effectively leading and coordinating incident bridge calls to ensure diagnosis, containment, and resolution of service disruptions.
- Experience in managing and optimising processes, including the design, continuous improvement, and practical integration of new or updated practices across operational teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Strong capability in documentation and clear written communication, adept at creating process guides, work instructions, and procedural documents for a diverse audience.
- A collaborative approach to contributing to organisational knowledge, openness to mentoring team members - sharing expertise, and diligently applying lessons learned to continuously improve service management and crew practices.
- Hold Current Australian Citizenship, with ability to gain Government level security clearances.
If you're passionate about transforming processes into efficient, well-run operations and are ready for an influential position, we encourage you to apply!
