About The Role

Join our HR Advisory Team as an HR Coordinator.

We’re on the lookout for a motivated HR professional to join our dynamic HR Advisory team in a fast-paced, varied role. Based in our Melbourne office, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid work options available.

Join a supportive and collaborative team where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle and make a real impact behind the scenes.

This role is ideal for someone with HR experience who’s ready to take the next step by deepening their knowledge, including shadowing HR Advisors in case management, while continuing to grow their career.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Create employee letters, contracts, and HR documents using templates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries (policies, procedures, Awards and advice)
  • Assist with restructuring activities, including letters, service providers and reporting
  • Manage parental leave processes and keep employee records up to date
  • Support HR Advisors with case management, including drafting correspondence and taking meeting notes
  • Review weekly compliance reports and flag any issues with HR Advisors
  • Help manage the HR Advisory inbox and keep things running smoothly

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in HR administration/coordination or providing support within an HR environment
  • Relevant HR qualification or certification (advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with established processes and templates
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders and respond to queries effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ServiceNow, Docusign or similar tools
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
