We’re looking for a detail-driven Billing Coordinator to join our high-performing finance team supporting a large, complex services environment on a 18 month fixed term contract.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and strong revenue assurance, while also driving process improvements across the billing and collections lifecycle. You’ll work closely with finance, commercial and project teams to keep everything running smoothly from contract through to cash.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end billing activities, including preparing, reviewing, and issuing monthly invoices in line with contract terms
• Supporting revenue assurance by maintaining accurate invoice plans across new and existing contracts
• Monitoring billing cycles and working proactively to resolve issues ahead of month-end
• Acting as a key escalation point for billing queries and supporting  junior team members
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to improve billing processes and drive efficiencies
• Supporting collections activities including payment allocation, aged receivables, and credit control
• Identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement across billing and revenue processes
• Collaborating with project, commercial, and finance teams to ensure alignment across the contract-to-cash lifecycle

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or revenue assurance role within a complex environment
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes, contract-based billing, and revenue recognition principles
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to resolve issues and influence outcomes
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiencies
• Experience working with ERP or billing systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly regarded
