We are currently seeking to appoint an Account Director to lead an iconic national enterprise partnership and drive the commercial success of the account, based in Mascot, Sydney.

In this role, you will shape the account strategy, strengthen executive stakeholder relationships, and ensure we deliver on our contractual commitments while creating measurable value for the customer. Leading commercial governance, manage risk and escalations, and identify growth opportunities across the account including renewals, uplifts and new services while enabling high-performing teams to deliver.

About You

This role suits a commercially astute, customer-first leader with a strong grasp of service performance how to monitor, measure and continuously improve outcomes in complex environments.

Confidence, authenticity and calm escalation leadership are essential, with the ability to represent Kinetic IT credibly at executive level while staying connected to the delivery crew.

Success in this role will be underpinned by a relationship-led approach grounded in trust, transparency and accountability, and the ability to influence confidently through complexity and change. A people-centric mindset and the capability to align leaders and teams to customer outcomes will sustain performance and unlock growth across the account.

Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

• Ownership of IT service outcomes across a complex enterprise customer account, ideally in an outsourcing environment
• Proven people leadership: build, coach and lead leaders, including performance and remuneration processes
• Commercial acumen, including profit and loss management across base operations and discretionary services
• Strong customer relationship management skills, with experience maintaining and growing strategic partnerships
• Ability to travel interstate for customer site engagements
• Ability to gain a Security Checks
