About The Role
We’re excited to welcome a ServiceNow Developer to our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Perth CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your capability across the ServiceNow platform while working alongside experienced technical specialists and stakeholders on meaningful integrations, implementations and platform enhancements, with exposure to modules such as ITSM and ITOM.
This role supports the development and implementation of new integrations, enhancements to existing solutions, and platform upgrades, updates and patching that improve customer outcomes. You’ll work with customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions aligned to Kinetic IT’s standards and delivery methodologies.
You’ll also contribute to project delivery and business-as-usual activities, including continuous improvement initiatives, scoping, and functional and automated testing, while building your capability across the platform.
About You
You’re a collaborative and customer-focused ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving problems, working closely with stakeholders, and contributing to practical outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You bring a positive, team-oriented approach and a willingness to keep learning and growing in your career. To be considered for this role, you will ideally bring:
- Current Australian Citizenship, with ability to gain required Government Security Clearances.
- ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification, or a willingness to work towards it.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery and/or CIS-Data Foundations, will be highly regarded.
- Experience working across enterprise environments with varying levels of complexity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
