We’re seeking a Strategy & Value Creation Lead who thrives on solving complex business challenges and turning strategy into action. You’ll play a key role in developing, executing and monitoring strategic priorities, working closely with executive leaders and business units to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, where you’ll lead and orchestrate outcomes across matrixed teams—combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution across growth, transformation and value creation initiatives as well as the potential to shape the go to market approach.
At Kinetic IT, we deliver mission-critical IT services. We’re seeking a Strategy & Value Creation Lead who will be involved with:
• Lead the development, review and execution of organic and inorganic growth strategy
• Identify, assess and validate value creation opportunities aligned to strategic priorities
• Experience with M&A and commercial due diligence, including market and competitor analysis
• Go to market experience
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution, ensuring measurable outcomes
• Support transformational change programs and enterprise-wide initiatives
• Utilise AI and emerging technologies to support operational efficiencies.
• Identify and deliver cost optimisation and revenue growth opportunities
• Evaluate business performance and value propositions to inform strategic decisions
• Provide strategic insight on industry trends, market dynamics and growth opportunities
• Influence, challenge and partner with senior stakeholders to drive critical decision-making
• Bring structure, governance and rigour to complex programs and strategic initiatives
• Act as a strategic thought partner while remaining hands-on in execution and delivery
• Lead business improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and service delivery
• Prepare high-quality executive, board-level reports and presentations
• Represent the organisation in external strategic discussions with partners and industry stakeholders
• Coach and support leaders on strategy development and execution
What you’ll bring to the table:
• Background in strategy, consulting, corporate development or business transformation, with experience operating in complex environments
• Strong track record of shaping and delivering organisational strategy end-to-end
• Comfortable building business cases and delivering insights to executive audiences
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives and navigate ambiguity
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Highly developed strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link strategy to tangible outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
