About The Role

We're looking for motivated Service Desk Technicians to join our team! If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and working in a fast-paced IT environment, we'd love to hear from you.

In this full-time, onsite role, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users with real-time technical issues while delivering the high level of service Kinetic IT is known for. This position operates on a rotating shift roster between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues over the phone.
  • Deliver friendly, proactive, and customer-focused support.
  • Log, manage, and resolve IT support tickets, escalating issues when needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Share knowledge, lessons learned, and ideas for improving processes with your team

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Required: Active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first approach.
  • The ability to learn new technologies, adapt to change, and follow processes accurately.
  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer service, service desk, or other fast-paced support environment is highly desirable.
