About The Role
Kinetic IT is seeking a senior leader to scale a high impact Cloud & Infrastructure practice, driving growth across existing and new customers. This is a commercially focused role with accountability for expanding Professional Services revenue and shaping our go-to-market capability
Responsibilities will include:
- Build and lead a commercial Cloud & Infrastructure practice, driving revenue growth and expanding our non-Managed Services offering.
- Partner closely with sales teams to win complex, high value opportunities and support strategic pursuits.
- Develop and lead a team of architects and technical specialists, delivering high quality solutions across market units.
- Own and grow key strategic partner relationships (e.g. major technology alliances) to accelerate capability and revenue.
- Drive performance across revenue, utilisation, margin and customer outcomes, ensuring strong commercial discipline.
- Engage at an executive level with customers, bringing insight into market trends, emerging technologies and client needs
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience leading cloud and infrastructure in a professional services, consulting or technology practice.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance.
- Experience across delivery, sales and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead complex pursuits.
- Ability to build and scale high performing technical teams.
- Credibility operating at executive level with customers and partners
