ABOUT THE ROLE
These are pivotal roles within Kinetic IT, focusing on driving business development initiatives for our Professional Services offerings. Focused on seeking opportunities within your primary region, while providing essential support for broader national engagements.

The 3 roles currently open for Business Development Managers will work collaboratively with the Professional Services and Sales teams, as well as stakeholders within the wider business, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to business growth in key areas including; Cyber Security, Service Now, SIAM & Service Integration, and Cloud & Analytics.

The areas of focus for these roles are;

  • To identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries, crafting strategies to meet objectives through direct sales and partnerships.
  • Fostering strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer relationship management.
  • Leading sales opportunities by developing plans, conducting bid reviews and securing necessary approvals.
  • Representing KIT with industry stakeholders, including government bodies and associations, at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Cultivating partner relations to ensure successful business execution and collaborating with marketing and product management to track customer trends.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED?
We are seeking experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our team, offering 4 brand new roles based in either Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Perth.  
To ensure your success in this role, we look for your strong drive and determination to deliver along with;

  • Previous sales experience in the ICT sector, including selling or delivering enterprise services to varied industry sectors, including Federal Government
  • Experience working with complex dealings and prospects, partnering with SME’s to each area of growth
  • A developed network of professional contacts in region
  • A proven background in the development of services opportunities, transforming prospects into sales
