ABOUT THE ROLE

These are pivotal Business Development Manager roles within Kinetic IT, focusing on driving business development initiatives for our Professional Services offerings. We are seeking experienced and motivated sales specialists to join our team, offering three roles based in either Perth, Sydney, or Canberra.

As the primary driver of growth in approaching new market opportunities, you are expected to work collaboratively within the Professional Services business, along with stakeholders in our wider company, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to sales in key areas including Cyber Security, Service Now, SIAM & Service Integration, and Cloud & Analytics.

We are looking for stable experience and success within:

  • Previous sales in the ICT Professional Services sector, including Enterprise services to varied industry sectors, including Federal Government
  • Proficient strategic selling, experienced in complex dealings, partnering with SME’s to each Services area of growth
  • A developed network of professional contacts in region and approach to new acquisition activities and pipelines
  • A proven background in the development of services opportunities, transforming prospects and targeted account lists into sales

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries, crafting strategies to meet objectives through direct sales and partnerships.
  • Foster strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer relationship management.
  • Lead sales opportunities by developing plans, conducting bid reviews and securing necessary approvals.
  • Represent KIT with industry stakeholders, including government bodies and associations, at conferences and exhibitions.
  • Cultivate partner relations to ensure successful business execution and collaborating with marketing and product management to track customer trends.
