ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Service Desk Technician to join the Kinetic IT crew, possessing skilled & experienced technical knowledge to support the diverse customer site directly.

This is a Permanent Full-time role, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD - we are also able to offer some flexibility of working in office and home (WFH) throughout your week.

Being a confident resolver, you can work effectively across a wide range IT-related issues and requests whilst playing an important part in delivering Kinetic IT’s award-winning customer service.

IF YOU WERE HERE YESTERDAY, HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN:

  • Delivering of a high-level of customer service, involved across face to face and remote support
  • Prioritising requests, with strong documentation skills into ticket resolution
  • Sharing lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national team
  • Conducting yourself confidently under pressure, escalating to cross functional teams as required

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU’LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Technical Support environment
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 shifted environment
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes accurately
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full Australian working rights required.
