ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking to appoint a Director of M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), as a key role within our Corporate Performance unit at Kinetic IT. This area of the business connects the board, strategy, business planning, and organisational performance, enabling a dynamic and efficient corporate environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of M&A you will be responsible for developing and executing our M&A strategy. Working in a newly established function that will drive the organisations inorganic growth objectives, the role will lead target identification, opportunity assessment, business case creation, due diligence, integration planning, negotiation and transaction execution.

KEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU’LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Experience in the development of an organisation’s inorganic growth strategy
  • Strong track record of successfully identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions
  • Ability to engage, manage & coordinate cross-functional teams and advisors involved in the M&A process
  • Skilled in monitoring industry trends and competitor performance to generate actionable insights
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills and ability to develop compelling business cases
  • Self-motivated and collaborative
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with senior management and board
