About The Role
At Kinetic IT, we are focused on building genuine, long-term partnerships with our customers and delivering high impact, results focused services in complex enterprise environments. We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead one of our large, strategic enterprise customer accounts, based 100% onsite in Perth, WA.
This is a high-profile leadership role with executive visibility, strategic account ownership and the opportunity to shape growth across a significant customer environment. You will be responsible for leading contracted services, managing commercial commitments and financial performance, strengthening senior customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the strategic direction, performance and growth of a major enterprise customer account.
- Drive commercial outcomes, including profitability, contract performance and governance.
- Build trusted executive relationships and influence strategic customer outcomes.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments, governance and escalations with confidence.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, innovation and service expansion.
- Champion high performing teams and foster strong collaboration across customers and internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience leading IT service delivery across complex enterprise accounts within MSP, outsourcing or enterprise services environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, P&L ownership and governance.
- Executive presence and credibility, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior and C-suite level.
- Expertise navigating complex stakeholder environments, commercial negotiations and escalations.
- Proven leadership capability, including experience leading leaders and developing high performing teams.
- A customer focused mindset, balanced with commercial discipline and growth orientation.
- Experience leading change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
