ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Process Manager – Asset & Configuration Management to join our Service Engagement team within a brand-new State Government customer account based in East Perth, WA.

In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee ITSM processes for IT Asset and Configuration Management, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and service optimisation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance governance, improve efficiencies, and integrate best practices into service delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and governing IT Asset & Configuration Management processes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices
• Overseeing and maintaining an accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and optimising asset and configuration processes
• Collaborating with technical teams to integrate Configuration Management with Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Producing documentation, reports, and process workflows to support governance, compliance, and process adoption

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in IT Asset & Configuration Management, with knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Hands-on experience with CMDB and Asset management within Service Now would be highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in risk management and process improvement
• Ability to develop and maintain clear process documentation, reports, and training materials
