About The Role:

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for people and process? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Project Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and governance, supporting the delivery of high-quality services to one of our key customers in Perth. You’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track, on time, and on point.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating, maintaining, and updating key administrative documents and project artefacts
• Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and supporting general account activities
• Processing devices, updating tickets, and assisting with service management workflows
• Assisting with service reports - interpreting data and presenting insights to Coordinators and Managers
• Supporting quality checks and audits of service partners to maintain high standards
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentation

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A collaborative approach - you're a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working with data, reports, and digital tools to support project delivery
• A commitment to compliance and quality, including the ability to pass a National Police Check
